My orchestration from a piano score of this polka française by Eduard Strauss, published by Berté in the “Wiener Componisten Album”. There is no date on the album or opus number on the piece. It looks to be 1890’s judging by the other composers in the album, including Bruckner and Brahms among other rather more comfortable bedfellows for Strauss.
