My orchestration from the Haslinger piano score of the waltz by Ziehrer. I have not seen a recording of this.

It’s an early piece but it is a very good waltz. There are occasional fingerprints belonging to the mature Ziehrer … but there are just as many that sound like the contemporary Johann Strauss II. Only to be expected really from such an early work and I’ve tried not to have Strauss in mind when doing the orchestration.
