Or to give its full title - "Die Drei und Zwanziger : Fest-Walzer zur Feier des 23. Allerhöchsten Geburts-Festes Sr. K.K. Apostol. Majestät Franz Josef I., op. 11". As the title suggests, it was written in 1853 to celebrate the 23rd birthday of the Emperor Franz Josef.
