My transcription of a manuscript score from the Wien Bibliothek catalogued as Walzer ohne Titel.

It consists of three complete waltz sections (1A,1B,2A,2B,3A,3B) fully orchestrated for large orchestra. Judging by the scoring and the harmonic and melodic structures, I would say this dates from the late 1840’s. There’s no date on the score or in the library catalogue and I’m no expert..

I’m assuming this is an uncompleted work. If he did complete it then it’s not a work I know. Again, I’m no expert.

If he didn’t complete it, the reason can surely not have been quality. This is a very good waltz.
