My orchestration from the Hoffman piano score of this polka by Karel Komzak I. It is catalogued as 1875 and there is a pencilled 1875 on the score but the publisher’s plate number suggests an earlier date, not later than 1862. In which case, that’s Dvorak playing the viola.
