My orchestration from the piano score of this march by Franz von Suppé, based on themes from his last operetta “Das Modell”. I found the piece in a “Wiener Marsch” album dating from the 1890’s I think. I say it’s by Franz von Suppé but I’m not actually sure. He died before finishing the operetta and it was completed and performed after his death. He might have written the march before the operetta was finished but I think that’s unlikely.

There is another recording of this but I have never heard it. Presumably it has the original orchestration if the “original” orchestration exists.
